BBQ chicken pizza

Are you wondering what to have for dinner tonight?  Here is an idea that is good and fairly simple.  Just make sure you have the ingredients ahead of time.

BBQ Chicken Pizza
ingredients you will need:  Rhodes frozen rolls
                                                 Chicken
                                                 BBQ sauce
                                                 mozzarella cheese
onions, green peppers, and pineapple are optional

Ahead of time (in the morning) you need to put about 4 or 5 frozen rolls in a sandwich bag bag and put them in the fridge and do the same with a piece or two of chicken.

Making the pizza:
Heat some oil in a frying pan and saute chicken, diced onions, and chopped green peppers just until chicken is cooked.  Cut the chicken into small pieces.  ( Or you can use previously cooked and chopped chicken and just warm it up in the pan.)
Add about 1/4 to 1/2 cup bbq sauce and stir until warm.
     Preheat oven to 400*.

Squish rolls together to make the pizza crust and put on a pan that has oil or butter on it so it won't stick.  You can use as many or few rolls as you want or if you want a big pizza use a loaf of thawed dough.
Spread the chicken and bbq sauce on the dough and top with mozzarella cheese.  Add pineapple on top if you want.
Bake until it is done, which will take about 12 to 16 minutes.
